We are excited to introduce to you the Innova Top Taste Collection, a selection of flavors we are particularly proud of. Our flavorists and applications scientists have used, evaluated and chosen them for their Top Taste characteristics, their versatility in usage and their exceptional flavor. A brief list of descriptors for each flavor and some initial ideas for applications are included for you as well. We will make new additions to this list every few weeks, so make sure you come back frequently for new ideas!
